Instagram Pics for April 4 to 15

A lot of things has happened in the past 2 weeks... Had an epic grill-out with my friends Reinier Tinapay of http://www.reiniertinapay.com/ and our resident model/make-up artist Jen http://www.reiniertinapay.com/jenzzy/.

The big news in the past 2 weeks was Instagram became available to Android users that's why there was a sudden surge on the number of users and Instagram was bought by Facebook for a whopping $1 BILLION DOLLARS! Aside from going around Singapore taking random pictures I am also busy working my ass off on some projects for my day job, where I had an idea for a topic that I will be posting soon. For the meantime enjoy the rest or the images.

Hi! It's been a while since I actually posted something here (roughly around a year ago...) so I'll just try to post more random images that I took from my DSLR and specially my iPhone. Aside from posting images I will still continue adding in random topics from time to time, I already have a list of topics in mind but the question is when will I have time to do it *face palm*. Images I took during my Sunday chill-out at Vivo City... Happy April Fool's Day everyone!

Just a few weeks ago Twitter celebrated it's 5^th year in the business. And who would have known that twitter will be one of the most successful social based company in the world! Just think of it 5 years ago people don't know what twitter is, and for those people who does thinks that it's a weird concept. Having only 140 characters to work around with seems to be a big joke...

But thanks to people like Aston Kutcher, who was one the first few famous people to ever use Twitter and helped catapult it into the mainstream.

And now with almost 200 million users, Twitter is now one of the most used social-media tool in the whole world. Even business and politics noticed it and started using it as one of their tools to connect to people.

But there are some cases that things in the tweet-verse comes out of hand and goes totally wrong...

Earthquake in Japan

My prayers to all the japanese people. Please be safe. I saw the videos and the image of the tsunami was really scary.

After seeing footage of the destruction brought by the huge 8.9 earthquake that struck Japan 8 hours ago, all I can think off is that nature is getting it's payback. We did this to our planet, we all know about it, but we are not exerting any drastic effort to stop polluting. But ranting aside, Japan still has my full sympathy for what had happened...

These video got my attention, I was in awe and in horror seeing a huge tsunami taking down houses and throwing cars and fishing boats like small toys in a tub...

But on these darkest day, people from all over the world posted their concerns and support to all the people of Japan to be strong. Millions of people posted their support and sympathy on Twitter, Facebook. People in Japan posted videos of the earthquake as it was happening. Google helped in its own way by creating a Japan Earthquake Person Finder to keep track of your love ones in Japan, and Crisis Commons wiki which is up to this moment will continue to receive Data and volunteering infos (Thanks to Angela Gray for the tweet link).

As of the moment there is an estimate of at least 200 people dead, and will continue to rise after the quake and tsunami that hit Japan
